Our controllers have a wealth of knowledge in the local and UK road network. Mappoint and Autoroute are used to locate the locations as quickly as possible. resources required for the job to be despatched accurately and without delay.
Tears Recovery vehicles are fitted with Masternaut real time vehicle tracking & scheduling technology to assist our control centre in the management and service requirements of our customers.

Our staff are all trained initially in house by IVR recognised trainers / assessors, and we have many staff certified to Sector 17 Highways Agency approval.
